Jennifer Cafiero, founder and president of Stratwolf Talent, began her recruiting journey in 2013, following a career in marketing. Now, with over a decade of expertise, Jennifer knows that successful recruiting boils down to one thing: taking care of people. Given the substantial time devoted to our careers, it’s critical to place the right individuals in the right positions. Stratwolf prioritizes quality of placements over quantity, maintaining transparency throughout the process and a deep respect for everyone involved.

Jennifer initially focused on assisting exiting military members in their transition to civilian roles. Since then, with the support of a dedicated team and a wealth of experience, Stratwolf serves a diverse group of job seekers and employers in a range of industries and roles, from manufacturing and sales to leadership and administration.  Still, military veterans continue to be a priority, and Jennifer enjoys working with the same clients she began with 10 years ago – building on robust and long-term relationships that have resulted in hundreds of happy hires. Her commitment to excellence and a profound understanding of the human aspect of career transitions position Stratwolf Talent as a trusted leader in the competitive world of recruitment.

Beyond recruiting, Jennifer finds joy in traveling, staying active through exercise, and sharing adventures with her beloved family and pets.
